Cave Maharani


Lamongan regency, East Java, has a fairly well-known cave, the Cave of Maharani. Maharani cave is located at Tanjung Frog, District Paciran, Lamongan regency, East Java. This cave is about 500 meters from the northern coast of Java and is at a depth of 25 meters below ground surface. Cave with an area of ​​2500 m2 was found on August 6, 1992 by a group of miners who dimandori by Sunyoto phosphate. Cave was inaugurated by the Regent Maharani Lamongan on March 10, 1994 as one of the attractions in Lamongan.
